Owner Shelly Cook's Story

In 1998, at just 29 years old, I opened the doors to what the Shenandoah Valley first knew as Loving Arms. Today, I am renaming this home once more — not to erase the past, but to return to its heart. Now, St. Anne's Assisted Living.
